The title is click-bait, 100%.

 

My mind is running at one hundred miles an hour, and I blame it on being incredibly depressed, so to get my mind off of a lot of crap I thought I would set-up an 'Ask Me Anything'. I just have three rules if you could please follow them. Firstly, don't ask about why I am a depressed boy, it destroys the reason as to why I am doing this. Secondly, don't ask anything that will make me break staff protocol, but literally any other topic is open to be dissected. Finally, expect all my answers to be truth filled, but they may not be completely straight forward. Incredibly numb! Toren, well, I've gotten to the point where I regret doing what I did to spit in the face of the community and the staff, so I am not playing him and even tempted to just throw him into the PK den, though I am hesitant because I feel like I'll be given even more crap for doing that, so perhaps keeping him unplayed would be the best middle-ground. Best thing about Australia is that majority of the people here are right leaning with a nationalist view point, so the whole nuance social justice warrior stuff is being heavily pushed back by the majority of our government and people, thank God.

It's a major narcissistic and 'us vs them' outlook. You need to remember that for the majority of time on this server, be it the lore team of old (not the current from what I can see) and even the playerbase, absolutely hated both groups and would do anything in their power to pull crap on them, both IC and OOC. So over the years, they have developed a very weird clique that would huddle together and ignore the rest of the world, whilst simultaneously forcing themselves into the world.

Yes I do think the current written rules need an update, thankfully Lumiin worked hard on an update. As for making a persona to become an Ascended, I don't know, out of the communities I have been part of, I have only really felt wanted within Haense and that has made me a little cynical upon making a new persona with any other group or nation.
