Looks like a personal vendetta what explains the Background Story.

- War will only be declared when capture or destruction is attempted, not skirmishes or raids. This includes looting.

Juvens apparently you have not read any of my posts through. They do have a legitimate reason because it is very likely that the one close friend of mine who is with them told them everything I told him. That includes the following;

1) Former and current undead supporters congregating at your town.

2) Undead being allowed to live in your town.

3) The hunting down and murder of someone for not agreeing with your philosophies and no longer wishing to do any business with you.

4) Outside of Crimson Vale I was walking along and heard shouting(Yes, they DID use /s) from what I presume was inside (as I saw no other people around me and that is the most likely place for it to come from.) The shouts consisted of the following: "Council members! Let us prepare for war! Ready your staffs!" Knowing I had seen undead in and around your town before, I ran to Oren, informed the guard to be wary of any travellers from the north, then ran to Krugmar, assuming that if it was indeed Undead (Which is obviously was consider the location and the reference to staffs and war), they would most likely strike Krugmar, being that they had attacked Sanhar monthly (daily in real time). Already an army was preparing for a possible war at Sanjezal and I told them what I overheard in the north. About a half hour later the Undead finally showed up and thusly proceeded the defense of Sanjezal.

Once again, it does not matter if they are right or wrong or if you are a villain or consider yourself neutral or not. The fact of the matter, this is MORE than enough evidence to sway any person of good-heart to attempt to root out what they PERCEIVE to be YOUR EVIL from the north. They do NOT need villain apps to wage this war.

1) As I said, everyone is welcomed, aslong as they follow the rules, that includes no stealing and no wearing of weapons. Both of what you are counting here are already seen in alkazhar and some of them even got houses there. Which they can't say of CV.

2) Yes, but currently we got none, so it doesn't matter. We are neutral, I don't know if YOU know what neutral means...switzerland given Lenin during first world war refuge, whiel he was exiled of russia, because they are neutral. And same here, Lenin followed the law, so he was free to live there.

3) By entering Crimson Vale you are aware of the rules and you accept them. Break them and you get inprisoned/executed. That is our right and nothing unlawful. I've never killed someone for not agreeing my philosophies, don't accuse stuff, that isn't true.

4) Uhm? That's new, and I do NOT think sledder or tyrion have to use CV for theyr stuff...be realistic. We are a peacefull part of Aegis, with a strict law, to defend that. If you guys can't handle that stay away.

And to the last part...there isn't ANY evidence for the accuses you have done here. We are a part of Oren and our lore states us as neutral...to attack us without a GOOD reason(no rumors/accusses/metagames) you can only attack us as villains. And without any lore or background I will NEVER accept a war against my town, since I only support good rp.

I do not know, why you, bell, always think, to get involved into everything. You even state, that you heard shouts, but haven't seen anything. So that are rumors, nothing more. With such bullshit (damn sorry for that word, but it matches perfectly here) you destroy so much and gain nothing.

Now quit it, without a lore, without a rp-background story with evidence, there will no war happen. You can try to attack us, of course...but expect to loose your stuff. We won't give back anything...and everybody who attacks the city will get on the blacklist and will be KILL ON SIGHT. We will hunt those persons down, with a minimum usage of RP. And I will pay for their deaths...

Sadly I can't support this war. Undeads are welcomned just as Ascended, which points us as neutral. Balin became a dwarf, so we got none of both. You guys aren't villains, and the point with torturing is made by the town law, so it's legit. And all people who got executed can't remember. So basically your war reason is a ) based on metagaming or B ) you'd have to declare war on oren aswell, since they execute people too.

And just as add:

We are building the town, got to handle a bug with our moat and also got an GM who steals my stuff...so overall, this attack isn't legit, while you guys aren't villains.

I don't know, but I even safed Gaius life infront of my gate, when they wanted to kill him...so there is barely a reason to attack.

Really they don't need any "evidence", they just need to act like they have evidence because they want to attack you and kill you without the public hating them for it. If they opened the thread just stating that they were going to go to war with you because they want to kill you, the community would not be supporting them as much as they are now.
