*Heavy parchment wrapped with a green ribbon and marked with the devereux seal would be delivered by couriers to each invited guest*

Couriers clad in green and white tabards rode out on their steeds to each settlement with the banners of Cyrilsburg, they would arrive to each of the invited guests, carrying heavy parchment sealed with the devereux seal.
