As for 2. GM/ET/LT signed items can be brought over by anyone, up to 29

Does this mean that an item must have been signed/created by a GM/ET/LT before the player first received the item? Or alternatively, does this mean can a player get their item signed/approved by a GM/ET/LT in order to keep it? (Depending on the actual item, as well as it’s significance to the user’s Persona).

it really depends, you could sometimes have a GM sign it for you depending on what it is. Just dont expect them to sign a stack of iron blocks or some diamonds.

I'm not going to be at the meeting, likely, so instead I'll just voice my opinions and suggestions.

During/before community meetings staff should state, and link, changes that have been had between the community meetings. If you just had your meeting after a year then simply link relevant/recent changes.

Next thing is me just shitting: if something can be easily done RPly, do it RPly. Don't rely on staff unless it's sonething that you can't do reasonably.

Basically common sense rule IMO

For Devs:
Is there any possibility of racial/creature buffs being added in 1.13? If so, what will the abilities consist of?

Just a general suggestion- might be better to postpone community meetings (or any kind of staff meetings/large events for that matter) until after the Holidays so that more people can make it. ^^

As for questions..
4.) This one is mainly towards Flam- what is the lore behind shelving lore on the server? In his opinion, how should a character physically react to suddenly losing their magic/returning back to into mortal etc?
5.) What is the difference between a lore librarian and a wiki team member?

4A) None at the moment, though we can probably work something in. My mindset is to get things fixed and worry about an explanation later.

5A) Lore Librarians currently handle all of the lore stuff on the wiki whereas the wiki team handles everything else, ranging from the layout of the main page to nation/historical warclaim information to character pages.

For LT:

1) Lore subforum is a mess, you shelved magics or made changes on them through announcements but the posts weren't edited/moved to reflect this.

2) Whats the ic explanation behind all the changes that have taken place? Like undeads getting back to life... did their souls leave the Soulstream and different realms or were they copied and now there exist 2 souls of each person that became a ghouls?

3) Will the LT post lore of Perpetiael, Gavrael and Jophiael any time soon? I think they are an important part of the  history of the 4 brothers. Also why are they still kept into the golden relics, wouldn't that be against the mentality of many Aenguls?

4) Will the LT ever explain why Gazardiel suddenly disappeared when he was so eager to fulfill his goal?

5) What are your thoughts regarding people roleplaying that they go to Aeldin even when there is no way of doing so from Atlas?

6) Will you limit the species of animals that will live in the next map? Its a bit weird to find animals that were specific of some continents in the others, i think each map should have its specific fauna and LT work to make it interesting.

7) I read that you plan to completely migrate all the lore to the Wiki, what's the reasoning behind this? In my opinion the layout and design of the wiki is not pleasant to see and totally outdated, do you plan to get it changed soon?

1A) Indeed they are, they’re going to be cleaned up eventually.

2A) None at the moment, though we can probably work something in. My mindset is to get things fixed and worry about an explanation later.

3A) It’s not planned at the moment nor am I sure I want to actually have LT spend their time on that. They may have been relevant a handful of years back, but the only current gold weapon remaining is the dwarven one (in terms of being held by a player). I’m not a fan of having 4 superweapons dedicated to racial nation leaders (it also becomes a mess when racial groups split apart) so I’ll likely be having the hammer and others go fully dormant in terms of power. As for wouldn’t it go against the mentality of many Aenguls, not really. Most Aengudaemons are not the ride or die type for each other.

4A) Lore-wise (at least, what I wrote), was that Gaz retreated back to the Immortal Realms, along w/ his follower Aengudaemon (I can’t remember the name) while leaving the minions/army to deal with the mortals. I’d assume we can just spin it as Gaz getting his hands full from other Aengudaemons attacking him or something.

5A) I’m fine with it. There are methods to reach Aeldin (e.g. wayfaring portals), but that’s primarily used for shelving characters or making a new character. It’s the same as claiming your character went exploring when you shelve them.

6A) Yes, to an extent. By 8.0 I want a vast majority of creatures to be unique to the map, with a few “constant” ones.

7A) Forums are shit, if you haven’t noticed. Formatting is a pain, the edit history bugs out a lot, et cetera. It’ll be a lot easier to have things on the wiki and it’ll be easier for players to find/access the lore. Currently we are not focused on making the lore pages “pleasant” to see and are prioritizing dumping raw data. The next stage of the project will revolve around beautifying/formatting pages to look better on the wiki.

Can we get an idea of what's to come for voidal magic?

What’s your favorite part about being an admin? @ all present admins

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of LOTC?

1A) Yes, we’re still going to rewrite the void and after that we will be having discussions on consolidating magics together. There’ll be an announcement made on the 31st/1st going over the LT’s plans for 2019 (it’s already typed up so there won’t be a delay).

2A) The never ending workload.

3A) Outside of LotC? Does not compute.
