Working the with Ministry for Magical Affairs within the Empire, I have created a list containing a large group of dark mages, cultists, and menaces to society. Compiling lists of first hand accounts from city guard ban lists, personal diaries or books, and various first hand accounts, this list has been compiled with full faith and trust. It should be known that this list only pertains to Haense and the city of Reza, with the city’s guards tasked with the discrimination to halt or seize the names listed herewith. Should they be found guilty, they will be charged with the crimes listed here.

• Caesar {Last name unknown} is hereby banned from Haense for murder of his wife and two children, and immoral use of alchemy.

• Garoll {Last name unknown} is hereby banned for homosexuality and cannibalism.

• Rhillen {Last name unknown} is hereby banned for plotting against the empire and assault.

• Loras {Last name unknown} is hereby banned for worshipping within a cult, praising daemonic energies, and the sacrificing of persons to the September Prince.

• Nilth {Last name unknown} is hereby banned for sacrificing of persons to the September Prince.

• Telos {Last name unknown} is hereby banned for being an unnatural being, and for worshipping within a daemonic cult.

• Kailu {Last name unknown} is hereby banned for murder of his two children.

• Marius DeNurem is hereby banned for affiliation with Thania and Fennic ties.

• Coltaine Wick is hereby unbanned from Haense, for he has seen the error of his ways.

• If any of those listed here wish to prove their innocence, one may be found innocent if enough evidence is found to be proven such. Contact Ludwig van Wick, or any Reza guard if so.
