Vege 4804 Share Posted June 22, 2019 THE RENETIAN-HAENSE PEACE ACCORD 18th of Malin’s Welcome, 1721 Following the long and brutal War of Two Emperors, an agreement between the Renetian Empire and the Kingdom of Haense has finally been achieved. The Terms, agreed upon by both signatories, are as followed: The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska swears loyalty and fealty to the Imperium Renatum and it’s Emperor, Godfrey III. The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska cedes the County of Leuven to the Imperium Renatum. The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska will recognize the legitimacy of Godfrey III as the rightful emperor and successor to Anthony Owyn Horen. The Imperium Renatum will recognise the legitimacy of Andrik III as the rightful king of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska cedes the titular title of the Duchy of Adria to the Imperium Renatum to dismantle in accordance to the Treaty of Ves The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska will cede a plot at 100 square meters in the north of Reza for an imperial outpost. The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska will pay yearly war reparations of 500 minas until deemed otherwise by the Emperor The Imperium Renatum, The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and either sides vassals relinquishes any claims on and within the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and the Imperium Renatum thus nullifying any Casus Bellis. The Imperium Renatum and the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska both agrees that no prosecution shall be made on combatants and citizens from either side. However any banishments and exiles shall still remain in effect for the sake of the emperor's peace. The Imperium Renatum swears that if any citizens in the newly acquired county of Leuven or any successor state of that region should attack the roads surrounding Hanseti-Ruska the Imperium Renatum shall be in an immediate state of war with that settlement and help to return the land to The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska The Imperium Renatum, the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska both agrees that for the duration of eight saints months neither side shall show any form of aggression against one another. If any section of this treaty would be broken it would nullify all former treaties and disallow the breaking nation from making any new ones for three saints months. All Casus Bellis would be enforced once more. This treaty shall carry on and be enforced to any successor states of the Imperium Renatum or the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska or heirs to the respective monarch. This treaty shall be valid and in full effect for a total of thirty five years ((8 months)) to ensure a long lasting peace within the human realm. Those signed beneath pledge their names and respective nations to the terms in unanimity, bound by blood to the oath in which they commit. My staff will observe this treaty for the next 8 months and breaches will be treated as isolated rule breaking. We promise 8 months of peace between the sides involved.
