TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS,

 

By order of the Holy Orenian Emperor of the Holy Orenian Empire, the following decrees are put in immediate effect within the Imperial demesne...

 

• The monument located near the shores of the Lake of Helena built after the War of the Two Emperors shall be declared a national monument, and the land its held in direct ownership of the Holy Orenian Emperor.

• Any damage sustained to the monument during the Three Month’s War and the period of transition will be repaired and overseen by the Office of the Archchancellory.

• Charges will be assigned to those who commit the following crimes to or on the land of the monument,

  • Vandalism, a felony of the first degree,

  • Arson, a felony of the first degree,

  • Soliciting, a misdemeanor of the first degree,

  • Loitering, a misdemeanor of the second degree,

  • Illegal Sales without Permit, a felony of the second degree,

  • Littering, a felony of the second degree,

  • Illegal Recruitment without Permit, a felony of the second degree.

 

These protocols shall remain in effect until altered by the Holy Orenian Emperor of the Holy Orenian Empire, or else changed by later legislature.
