By executive edict of the Lord Mayor, Alren DeNurem, 13th Owyns Flame, 1749.

 

The following regulations shall be imposed upon the Stewardship of Helena in order to afford protections of property for the Citizens of the city.

 

  1. Upon the initial purchase of a home, said property owner shall not incur property taxes on the new purchase until the next tax cycle.
  2. The Stewards of Helena shall properly inform property owners of any and all tax strikes when they are incurred. At the minimum, an official posted sign shall be placed on the overdue property mentioning said delinquent payments. An eviction notice cannot be posted for failing to pay taxes without first informing the property owner of the infraction.
