Urguan’s Duty to Brathmordakin and Citizens

The following Rights of Clan and Citizen are the fundamental laws of Urguan 

that cannot be altered. These are why the governance of Urguan exists, to 

ensure the will of the Brathmordakin on the preservation of their people so 

that the dwedmar may continue to honor the Brathmordakin and Paragons.

The Rights of the Citizen

As they are the finest creation of Yemekar, the sons of Urguan are given basic rights by design, and it is the duty of the governance of Urguan to ensure the rights of its people are protected under all circumstances.

The Right to Create

As charged by Yemekar, the dwedmar are a people of craftsmen.

Urguan is to ensure that facilities to create and work are available to its people.

There are allowed rules and regulations 

within reason for the usage of these facilities.

The ideas of a dwed are considered its property

The creations of a dwed are considered its property.

The Right to Hearth

As charged by Anbella, each dwed is to have a hearth to call their own.

Urguan is to make available housing to all dwedmar within reason.

Taxation is within reason, a dwed must work for hearth.

A dwed is to be able to speak freely at the safety of their own hearth.

A dwed is ensured privacy at their hearth.

A dwed is ensured healthy conditions of living.

The Right to Protect

As charged by Dungrimm, each dwed is to be able to fight for kin and clan.

A dwed is to be able to forge, own, and use arms and armor.

A dwed is to be able to challenge others to honor duel to dispute personal differences.

A dwed is to be able to protect themselves and be protected in dwed lands.

A dwed is entitled to be buried and kept in death the way the traditions of their ancestors dictate.

The Right to Happiness

As charged by Belka, each dwed is to be able to pursue happiness.

A dwed is to be able to engage in feasts and other communal gatherings.

A dwed is to be able to pursue their passion and dreams without heavy and unreasonable restriction from the government.

A dwed beardling is entitled to be of pure blood, and a parent who would impare this infringes their child’s right.

The Right to Know

As charged by Ogradhad, each dwed is to be able to think and desire truth.

A dwed is not to be knowingly lied to by the Urguan government.

The dwedmar people are not to be knowingly lied to publically by anyone.

The pursuit of knowledge for the advancement of the dwed race is not to be impaired with unreasonable regulations.

The Right to Trade

As charged by Armakak, each dwed is to be able to trade freely.

Contracts made under Armakak are to be legally enforced.

A dwed should not be impaired from business and exchange with legislation, legislation should only help create opportunity.

A dwed is to be able to trade with other parties that are honorable without limitation.

Limitations may be placed on dishonorable yrrok parties.

The Right to Hoard

As charged by Grimdugan, each dwed is to be able to hoard wealth.

A dwed is to be able to guarantee the ownership of their own wealth.

A dwed is to be able to make wealth within Urguan.

A dwed is to be able to mine within Urguan.

Urguan may levy quotas on miners for access within reason.

A dwed must still be able to mine riches for themselves.
