THE GUILD INITIATIVE

As the city of Karosgrad continues to expand, so does the interest in the establishment of private organization and guilds within the Kingdom. This demand, however, has not been able to be met by the Municipal Government due to lack of appropriate buildings to house these organizations.

 

As such, with the approval of the High Seneschal and his Majesty, it is declared that the currently unoccupied docks shall be repurposed into serving as Guild Halls. These Guild Halls will become readily available for purchase by aspiring Guild Masters, who will have the right to redesign the interior to best be appropriate for their respective guilds.

 

The prices and taxes of the individual Guild Hall are subject to assessment by the High Seneschal and the Lord Treasurer, though these prices will be made publicly available. Properties may be purchased following a meeting with the High Seneschal regarding the purpose of the Guild. Additionally, the docks are to be known as Lorena’s Wharf, and each building will be assigned an address by the High Seneschal.
