An act to criminalize the cultivation and manufacturing of drugs

INTRODUCTION

The Purpose of this bill is to illegalize the manufacturing and cultivation of illegal drugs and any addictive and intoxicating substance besides alcohol or tobacco.

 

I. Necessary Definitions

• Drugs: any addicting and intoxicating substance besides tobacco or alcohol
• Haurul Caezk - 417.01

• • “The crime of possessing any intoxicating or addicting substances besides alcohol and tobacco shall constitute a middling offence;”

 

II. Amendments

• The Haurul Caezk shall be amended to the following:

 

417: Contraband and Smuggling amended to 417: Drug Laws

• The following addition to the subsection should be made:

• • 417.04: The crime of manufacturing and or cultivating any intoxicating or addicting substance besides alcohol and tobacco shall constitute a severe offense.
  • 417.05: The manufacturing of any intoxicating or addicting substances besides tobacco or alcohol with the intent of supplying to a medical professional in use of medical treatment shall not be liable for illegal manufacturing.
