IMPERIAL TRAVEL ADVISORY 

16th of Horen’s Calling, 1849

 

As the good citizens of The Holy Orenian Empire have continued to come under wanton assault and needless aggression at the hands of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, His Imperial Majesty has seen fit to issue an official travel advisory to all citizens travelling within the realm.  

 

Despite the previous swift victories over the Dwarven Legion in the past year, the Imperial Government advises and urges that caution is observed by those seeking to travel within the Empire and to be on the lookout for Dwarven activity. The Imperial Government advises that travel be limited to only critical affairs and issues the request that all Citizens go armed about their daily business and be prepared to thwart the actions of Dwarven agents.

Alaric looked at this sentence with a chuckle hot on his lips. “Seems Oren is drinking de Made Up Juice again.” He said as he installed another Road Closed sign for Oren.

Anne Josephine attempted to lift one of the many swords which recently found a home within the deconstructed palace, yet the feeble teen wasn't even able to lift the sword a foot from the ground. It seems she will be little help in the fight against the dwarves!

Gorbli the Courier ran up with multiple newspapers under his arms. Running was a bit difficult for him as his smaller legs required him to exert more energy to do his job. "Yeh... heh... yeh moight wan' te see t'is, mistah! Gah... oi need ah nap."  he'd shove the missive into Alaric's grasp as he waddled off, dreaming of his lovely tankard of 1% ale and his cozy bed in the local coal mine.

The Young Grimgold would sit inside the tavern , and would look at the missives that have been handed out and he would give a laughing roar.
"Seems weh 'eed Oranien road 'rossing soines, dare soh far up dare arse now."  he would spit at the ground and would walk towards the Oren roads ready to put up signs.
