The Vice-Chancellor was seen about Ephesius "Field Glasses!" He shouted at an attendant with him at the Social event, but it wasn't needed. 

 

He saw the Ferrymen and the Dwarves crawling about the trees. 

 

"A dwed trying to defeat a Mali in the trees?" He would remark, watching as the ISA cut dwarf and mercenary down. 

 

Finally he would remove a small shearing knife after the battle was done, looking for a dwarf from clan Ireheart. "This is for my maliece...Aver'Wyn" and the Vice had no issue serrating one ear from each of the dead Ireheart dwed

 

Later, he would return to the Chancellery to see Josephine, remarking at her comment simply "Yes, thank you, your Imperial Excellency... everything is in order"
