Since its advent, The Holy Orenian Empire has been a proud nation; a beacon of hope and of progress towards a better tomorrow. She has stood tall for centuries, a bastion of prosperity and a center for cultural development. Our core tenets– faith, humanity, and unity– are what have allowed this great nation to endure. Our collective strength and resilience have made Oren the solicitor of progress and cultural development throughout history. Oren’s is a people whose piety has allowed it to liberate the world many times over, knowing no equal. And yet, a phantasm looms over our people, threatening to tear us apart from the inside.

 

The so-called “Emperor” Philip the Old is a rotten apple spreading his venom through the entire barrel of the Orenian people. He had passed his prime even upon his ascension to the esteemed Imperial throne– his mind rotting away from age– and yet he still took up that most holiest of monikers, knowing that the people for which he claims to care so profoundly would suffer for his greed– for it was greed that drove him thence– and this is the most basic grievance against our Pretender Sovereign. It is a recurring theme throughout his reign. A man who is as righteous as Philip Augustus claims himself to be would not swear before GOD to preserve the Empire knowing full well that he could not. A man who fears GOD would not make a show of His faith while allowing adultery and debauchery to prevail within his own household. A man who is selfless would not alienate his people from Canondom for the sake of his own pride. And so I repeat again: this self-ordained Emperor is a rot that will corrode Oren beyond recognition if allowed to remain. But harken, ye faithful of GOD’s flock, for the Promised Prince has returned to save us from the corruption of Iblees and his servant on Almaris.

 

From youth, Philip Amadeus showed all of the traits his forsaken grandfather lacked; he displayed grit, intelligence, piety, selflessness, and above all innate human goodness. His wife exhibited the same promise. To any who simply open their eyes, it is apparent that this pairing was one destined to rule. Unlike the pretender who sits the Orenian throne at current, our true Emperor and Empress have always had clear plans for our great nation to not only ensure its survival (which the senile Philip II cannot, in any sense of the word, guarantee) but also its re-emergence as a unifier of humanity. For far too long, our Empire has been the subject of scorn and mockery on an international basis. Our culture, no longer a beacon of progress to the greater world, has been warped in the minds of the international community and hyperbolized past the point of recognition. What say you, GOD-fearing Orenians– people of GOD’s chosen flock? Shall we allow this evil to prevail? I think not.
