In the city of Fi’andria, a time of vagary is upon the people in their revelries. The Celian people have dealt with far too much regarding war and conflict, leaving them in need of conviviality and merrymaking. During the Hats and Hijinks festival, it will be a festival surrounded by themes of amusement and revelry, various hats from all around elvendom and the outer realm have been brought for display and are encouraged to be worn. These hats being included with masks or any sort of head adornment, whereas the hijinks come with the drinking, endless games, and various sorts of activities throughout the duration of the festivities. It is a celebration of life and the merriment that comes along with it.

 

I T I N E R A R Y

 Games and Gaiety

The Hats and Hijinks Festival will have a large variety of games set up for the enjoyment of the guests. Games such as Pin the Tail on the Kharajyr, Hat Toss, Craft-A-Hat, and more will be around. Each game will have unique prizes to go along with the games to take home. 

 

Tosspot Times

During the ongoing games, there will be several drinking contests and gambling areas going on within the main tent. The drinks provided will be from the Blushing Sohaer tavern. Gambling and drinking will be self-sustained and bets will be mina based. 

 

Happy Hats Competition

At the end of the festivities and revelry, there will be a competition judged by three random citizens picked at the time of the festival. This competition has three categories to judge the hats, most outrageous, most en-vogue, and best overall. The best overall hat will receive an enchanted ring as their prize.
