THE PEERAGE OF JARAD MUNNEL

Announced in the Year of our lord, 13. B.A

 

 

 

IN REGARDS TO THE PEERAGE OF JARAD MUNNEL.

In the last years we have noticed a distance from one of our peers and his family. Jarad Munnel, the Viscount of Efral has after some time been found GUILTY of breaking his oath, the Peer having left our Grand Duchy. he has been found guilty of  accepting a title and land breaking his oath to His Imperial Highness, John I, Grand Duke of Balian. 

 

Because of his actions he is stripped of all titles. For his direct crimes he is banished from the lands of the Grand Duchy. Shall he enter the lands, he shall be arrested and put on trial by the crown for these crimes.

 

But one thing must be remembered, the actions of one man who holds no honor to his oaths should still not be held against those who already are cursed by carrying his blood or name. Therefore its by my right as Regent of Balian that i make it clear that the innocent members of House Munnel shall not be shunned for Jarads actions.
