"Just cause my - God forgive me - my Canonist backside. Come to terms and make peace, rather than squabbling over High Elf lands, you utter pillocks. 'oooh yes I name my land after a saint, claim to love saints and canonism and yet I hate the Church's attempts to stop Canonists fighting needlessly over bugger all', 'Oooh yes I'm mister Fidei Defensor I love defending the faith by following Dwarves around', 'Ooh I love God yes I an Owynist and mildly hereitcal and love the Church oh yes, even though I, like my fellow Canonist Haeseni and Balianites, don't listen to the church unless it favours me!'. Don't be such silly buggers and come to terms, you utter, utter imbeciles. You are ALL warmongering asshats, sit down. Get off the roads. Sod off." Cardinal Viktor mildly drunkenly shouts at a wall

"It is quite funny how canonist princes wish to kill canonists in a war that is not being fought for their own benefit, the war is being fought solely to give Urguan - pagans by the standards of canonism - the lands of canonists." Jarad would put the missive down a moment before going back to relaxing. "Canonist fighting Canonist in order to give Pagans more land. Does not sound very Canonist to me."

Ember would read the missive as she looks down at it. A shake of her head is the only motion she reacts with.

" War, War Never changes."

Lord Marshal Hieran Melphestaus shrugs at the recent missives.

"God would not have inspired the notion of war and combat if he did not wish us to fight. You never see mice going to war, as they were not engineered to do so."

The Ker states rather controversially - but it was the old Mali's view all the same.

George Obedia lets out a heavy sigh as he comes to realize the missive. "So Haense and Balian lack the faith and the trust in the church of Canon and the high pontiff." He said with saddened eyes, disappointed that Canonist states would do such "Very well, if their faith is not strong enough, then they shall have war. We, as opposed to you, respected the wish of his Holiness."

"Where is this all going.. I do wonder, and I shall continue to do so..", Erhard remarks inside the bank in Vienne, paying his taxes like an ordinary citizen.

"Why is the Fidei defensor backtracking?" wondered Leon with a shake of his head "Raevs only listen to and love the church when it fits their secular benefits" he said with a face filled with disgust, spitting on the ground "This proves it. At least have the bollocks to stand by your agreement... one with the High Pontiff out of anyone. Or if you'll act by your own accord despite the Mother Church's calling, then do it from the beginning and continue fighting as you were."

The Royal Salvian delegate, Daris Verethi, returned to his cabin aboard the Victory of Ceru following what he thought was a successful outlander peace summit, with all parties explicitly agreeing to the Pontiff's clear, eloquent, and well-pronounced request. He came to a sudden stop and blinked upon seeing the latest missive, delivered while he was still en route, pinned to his desk, soon scribbling above its header:

"Days without Raevir tricks: 0"

Leon von Minitz would scribble down another perspective, trying to get in the mind of the great Mini von Banard, the legend after whom his Barony was named:
