An agreement has been made between the Commonwealth of the Petra and the County of Azor in the most recent times of peril for the mutual benefit of their peoples. The County of Azor has become a protectorate under the Commonwealth of the Petra and has reached the following terms of this accord.

I. The County of Azor henceforth becomes a protectorate under the Commonwealth of the Petra, its lands encompassing that of the Arentania mountains. In this, they have sworn fealty in its entirety to Petra.

II. Mariana Antoinette d’Azor is tasked with maintaining a Commonwealth presence in the west. The Arentania mountains are returned to the care of d’Azor as they had overlooked the mountains generations before unimpeded. With this, it will be the duty of d’Azor to ensure the mountains are cleared of any who bear ill intent to the Commonwealth of the Petra.

 

III. Upon the Commonwealth declaring a call to arms, the County of Azor and its regions shall come to the defense of the Commonwealth in a mutual agreement to protect one another from any who wish to do them harm. Likewise, the Commonwealth will come to the defense of Azor should it be requested.
