For generations there has been a vast split between many of the independent institutions of Haense; vastly important positions standing alone and unsupported or underappreciated. It is the will of the Lady Palatine to bridge the gap between these lone standing institutions and better bolster their longevity and success. A council is to be formed of the heads of each institution to gather at the request of the Palatine, Grand Maer or the call of necessity, to discuss and ensure the wellbeing of the jurisdiction of each member.

 

The Ibor Council shall start off with 5 Councillors and the Palatine at the head, and Grand Maer as its second. They shall be accompanied by the Tavern Manager, the Head Librarian, the Surgeon General, and the Bishop of Jorenus. It is the belief of the Aulic Government that all of these positions are integral to the wellbeing of Haense, and deserve the attention that the Ibor Council shall allow them. The Ibor Council intends to stabilize the institutions of Karosgrad and better serve the citizens of the Kingdom.
