Explanation

I play a Celia’nor character who is part of the Celia’diraar (guardforce). In roleplay we have had multiple problems with cheese1sgrater’s persona, Juniper Rose. She has attacked people, nearly killing some of them in the past. My character has been extremely lenient with hers, whatever, that’s roleplay. 

 

She (Juniper/Cheese) got into conflict with a child and was harmed and supposedly from what my guard was told, harmed the child in return. My persona asked if she needed a medic, Juniper confirmed that she did, indeed, want a medic. He (my persona, Jhaeros) went to inspect the wound, grabbed her shoulder, and jabbed at the injury to inspect it, and she attempted to pull away, which she was unsuccessful in.  She was told she could either leave and get medical treatment in Elysium or be arrested. She opted to walk away to send a letter, and so was restrained by the wrist. My persona again asked if she would leave or be arrested and said sending a letter was not one of her options. She opted to be arrested and so he put both of her arms behind her back and bound them. Cheese emoted tearing up as her arms were pressed into her back and the cut there, and I emoted that the arms were held away from her back, no such pain occurring as that isn’t something Jhaeros would do, even if she was attacking people. 

 

We get to the barracks, she’s told someone can render her medical treatment, etc. They’re left alone in a room together so the person can comfort Juniper/treat the injury as the other character is supposedly like a mother to her. We then sent a letter to someone else who, iirc, was requested by her to speak to before her punishment was handed out. No problem, whatever, roleplay is roleplay. This, however, is when things begin to decline. After some length of roleplay she (Juniper) tells the person:

[22:33:25] [Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] [Quiet] Juniper Rose: “I'm fine now, but I was cut by a child's claws, and your 'squire' groped me, held my shoulder so I couldn't move, and then jabbed my cut before denying to treat me, sooo….”

 

She’s given the option of a fine or banishment and refuses to make a choice so she’s declared banished for the various crimes she’s committed and the severity of some. Note, my persona was the one to say that one of the potential punishments, execution, shouldn’t be chosen because he viewed it as too harsh. He also told Grayson that he was hopeful she would eventually sort herself out and prove herself worthy of being unbanished but that she was a threat to herself and others in her current condition. Roleplay is roleplay, but I felt it was important to note. Moving on.

 

She leaves and over the course of the next 30 minutes tells at least three or four different people OOC that Juniper was groped by a guard, until a moderator tells her to stop.

When someone else questioned her about it she cited that she was ‘unaware’ of what the word meant. Which, given her response to Mio as seen above, she clearly knew the normal implication of the word. 

 

A couple of days after this, I decided to contact a mod because it genuinely bothered me and I had been sent screenshots of her citing OOC that Juniper was groped. I was unaware until I contacted the moderator that Mio had spoken with her prior. This moderator, to my knowledge, also told her to stop, not mention that stuff, etc. I made it clear I wanted her to leave me alone. 

 

Then today I was sent a screenshot of her friend-broadcast where she said "shoutout to rukio13 for assaulting juniper and denying her medical care.". I decided enough was enough and I sent her a message in-game that I didn’t appreciate her lies or slander. That I wanted her to leave me and my persona alone and that if she continued I would make a ban report. Instead, she went to someone we both know and began claiming her friend-broadcast was meant as a joke and that she feels horrible, that she wants to apologize, etc. This was clearly not intended as a joke until she was called out on it, especially given that she has been told multiple times by myself and others to leave me alone, etc. Especially given other comments she has made that I will discuss with whatever mod claims this report if need be.

 

I am sick of her slander, I am sick of her harassment, I am sick of her lies. For the love of god, I hate making ban reports but I genuinely want something done because this is ridiculous and makes me not want to play my character or the server in general.
