The period of the by-election has come to an end, as we at the Office of the Electoral Commissioner may finally announce the third alderman for the Peoples’ Duma. However, it should be noted that towards the end of his campaign, Mister Ryba Novikov withdrew under the premise that he had married into nobility. We congratulate his honesty throughout the ordeal, and for announcing such to the voters.

 

The results of the by-election are as follows:

 

A total of 1200 votes were cast in the election, all of which were deemed valid as opposed to the prior election.

 

The results of the ballots is as follows:

Miss Rayne - 100 votes | 8.3% 

Mister Skaul MacSkaul  - 900 votes | 75% [ELECTED]

Mister Ryba Novikov  - 200 votes | 16.6%
