The governance of The Silver State of Haelun’or is entrusted to the esteemed Silver Council. The Silver Council is composed of a select group of respected High Elves, summoned to their seats to serve the blessed populace and guide her people into a new era. Spurred on by adherence to the Lariheiian philosophy and redemption for the countless shortcomings of the Councils in the past, the Silver Councilors work tirelessly on their tasks.

 

This document serves as a formal declaration of the Silver Council and will be subject to revisions as reappointments are made.

The Sohaer

The Sohaer is the embodiment of executive and legislative power, serving as the safekeeper of national independence and unity.

 

The Maheral

Guidance of the ways of our forefathers and ensuring the purity of our people are the sacred duties of the Maheral.

 

The Okarir’tir

Master of Law, the Okarir’tir manages all necessities in relation to law and order within the Silver State. This includes but is not limited to the drafting of Blessed Citizens into the Sillumiran, the arranging of Purity Tribunals as requested by the Sohaer, arrests, and military supply planning. The Okarir’tir, as with all members of the blessed Silver Council, are to be addressed as Master or Mistress [Talonnii Name] based on gender.

 

The Okarir’maehr

Master of Knowledge, the Okarir’maehr manages the Eternal Library and College of the Silver State. It is their right and obligation to ensure it is properly maintained, safeguarded, and monitored. They are responsible for the flow of all knowledge in and out of the Eternal Library, and have full control over the educational operations that transpire within. The Okarir’maehr is also responsible for the recording of all state history that transpires during their service to the Silver State. The Okarir’maehr, as with all members of the blessed Silver Council, are to be addressed as Master or Mistress [Talonnii Name] based on gender.

 

The Okarir’akaln

Master of Coin, the Okarir’akaln manages the industry and markets of the state. The Okarir’akaln also pursues trade diplomacy in the interests of increasing the flow of resources towards the Mali’thill. The Okarir’akaln, as with all members of the blessed Silver Council, are to be addressed as Master or Mistress [Talonnii Name] based on gender.

 

The Okarir’tayna

Master of Life, the Okarir’tayna oversees all magical endeavours within the state. They are charged with keeping a record of any magic users existing among the Citizens and the spells they possess. This record will be kept in the private library for requested perusal. The Okarir’tayna will refer any unlawful magic users to the Okarir'tir as lawbreakers. The Okarir’tayna, as with all members of the blessed Silver Council, are to be addressed as Master or Mistress [Talonnii Name] based on gender.
