"Lo' my fellow Halflings and Wee-folk, as time has passed in our village ever

since we arrived in Aevos not only did we prosper, but so did the lands of Frogtoppia.

Now that we have gathered enough offerings for the Patron and protector

of Frogtoppia Laklul, we shall give to him as gratitude for giving life

to our frog population.

I, Breasal Nimblefoot Froggekemp of Frogtoppia, will hereby

hold the ceremony for the future of Frogtoppia and The Shire.
