The Caelian Senate has agreed to approve an extension of the Legion for the sole purpose of Scouting; this body will be maintained by the legion and it’s leader appointed by the Legatus.

The Caelian Senate has approved a motion to ban the use of Proselytizing within Caelia, which includes promoting foreign religion/culture in or around the lands of Caelia.

Third Decree.

The Caelian Senate has agreed to amend the election guidelines from last session by adding a Minimum age for running for Quaestor. This age has been set to twenty five years of age

Additionally, The Senate has deemed that upon being elected to the senate the maximum amount of time they can serve is eighty years of age. That is if the individual has not died or resigned before then.

Fourth Decree

The Caelian Senate has decided that upon coming of age that age being defined as fifteen years of age; all Male Caelian Citizens who grow up within Caelian law are to be impressed into the Legion to serve for a Minimum of ten years; this is to ensure the well being of Caelia and to allow Men to gain Virtue.
