The Office of the Emissar has been notably more quiet than usual in recent years. Therefore, the Auditor of the Duma wishes to summon the incumbent Lord Emissar (New Marian: Herzen Vykomyn) Viktor Siegmund var Ruthern before the legislative assembly to report upon his office, his current and future plans for the kingdom’s diplomatic ventures - particularly in light of the prospect of war on the horizon - and to allow His Excellency to report upon the state of the nation’s foreign treaties.

 

His Majesty’s Duma hopes to see the Lord Emissar, if possible, in the next session of the Royal Duma so that he may address the hall’s inquiries at his convenience.
