Published: 20th of the Deep Cold ,165 A warning to the Citizens of Celia’nor issued from the High Council, A documented Serial killer patrolling the Highways of Celia'nor has been brought to the attention of the Council. An Uruk has been patrolling just outside the city on his horse mount, banditing for sport the citizens of Celia'nor. This is not his first attempt, and despite previously being declared as dead, his return has been noted by the Divadri and Council. Further handling of this pest will be handled by the resilient Divadri. However for the common citizens, we issue a warning for public safety and assistance of the Divadri. Do NOT engage with this Uruk Do NOT go out alone at night Do NOT allow any uruk inside the city without Divadri approval If you see or are approached by this Uruk, IMMEDEATLY Scream for assistance IMMEDEATLY report any sightings of this uruk to your nearest Divadri patrolman [!] DESCRIPTION [!]This Uruk is roughly eight feet in height, and of large build. He bears reddish skin with blackened hair. He is usually seen wearing a black colored outfit and half-covering face piece. He is often seen riding on horseback, usually bearing a blunted weapon. If you spot any Uruk that seems suspicious, immediately report it to your nearest military official.
