Allow beastmen to be played without a CA

I mean speaking from experience, not all furries can be like that tbh, but some of them can be so I understand what you mean. 

It does seem to mainly be the Kha that have this issue though.

But sometimes Furries just prefer to play beastmen because it's not just the cliche. Human, elf, Dwarf, Orc, races seen in like... nearly every single fantasy RPG setting.

A CA does allow them to be blacklisted when they emote like this 

if only ST had the balls to enforce it.

This is just a counter proposal to the current CA application process.

If Player X meme RPs or erotically RPs one of the Beastman entities - Story Team informs Player X & Moderation that Player X can no longer play characters of the Beastman entities. Moderation will keep an eye out on Player X and, whether they catch them directly or it is reported that Player X decided to make another Beastman - we ban them. This way you don't have to worry about the paperwork of CA applications, the serious Beastman players have an easier time facilitating players to make mains or alts of Beastman entities, and we have a process in place to penalize players who abuse (meme or erotic) the Beastman entities.

+1 Speaking as one of the Kha, the CA has killed our playerbase repeatedly. So many have given up after waiting week after week for their CA to be approved. It really sucks.
And there is nothing particularly special ability-wise to us. We can do everything descendants can do, but with a little cat flair.
