Explanation

For some time now, I’ve been subject to slander, harassment, and unbecoming behavior. I’ve had a variety of people messaging me in and out of the game regarding rumors and misinformation that rukio13 has said. First, I would like to get into the context regarding the origins of this issue.

 

Rukio13 and I used to be friends. We had talked about a variety of topics and kept up-to-date on daily occurrences and personal information. At some point, I was part of some conflict regarding another player, which has been resolved now and said player and I are on good terms and I even consider us friends. But I feel that rukio13 may have some unsettled issues regarding this conflict, and our friendship dissipated quickly, and turned into sour slander. 

 

Many players were messaging me after our fallout, questioning about certain rumors that spread across the server. The main proponent of these rumors was rukio13, who would tell random players that I’m a groomer, pedophile, a child fucker, or that I “fucked a minor”. These players would then message me to either ask me if they were true, or to further harass me. I have not had the opportunity to play the server normally since all this has come up. I’ve received screenshots, logs, and heard of people talking about this situation in voice chats. 

 

There’s been a plethora of times I have tried to reach out and settle this issue, but to no avail. I’ve explicitly said to anyone involved that my messages are open and that I’m willing to talk. Yet, I have not received any sort of civil conversation or conversation at all with rukio13. I’ve tried to understand her plight and why she might be spewing this misinformation to other players who have no immediate relation to me, but I have not been successful in figuring out the reasons. 

 

Many times I have tried to avoid making a report, as I wanted to solve this issue privately and to avoid any sort of conflict with staff, but every time I complained about this issue, nothing true came of it. Perhaps she’d get a stern talking to, or a slap on the wrist, but I was still receiving logs and information from other parties where rukio13 talks about me. Some time would pass, but eventually the issue would come back again, and this was my last resort.

While some of this evidence occurred months prior, the lingering effects are still here. The words that rukio13 used to slander me still impact me today.

 

A player by the name of Tabby64 has constantly harassed me in these coming months. I barely have any interactions with this player or know who he is, but he insists on baiting me into arguments or debates, to which I do not oblige. 

 

Recently after he was unbanned, immediately he spurred a wave of comments in my direction. In light of seeing me there, he spewed toxic slander that was evidently hungry for any type of reaction, either from me or others within the Discord. He attempted to further spread false information about me to other people, and publicly while I watched it happen. 

 

In the images I provide below, Tabby64 was removed from an event as a spectator due to him spreading misinformation about me being a groomer or a pedophile, or even insinuating that I am. He would compare me to a TOS banned player to try and get a reaction from me. Although this harassment has gone too far, I still did not oblige his behavior. 

 

Context: During the last Azdrazi (Apotheosis) event hosted by Squakhawk. The in game and discord images are from the same timeline (02/27/2024 7:24 PM is around the time he started)

For a very long time I have tried to keep my head down and not draw any controversy to my name. However, I am growing impatient at this point, I do not think it is fair that rukio13’s words have gone unpunished. Simultaneously, it is evident that Tabby64 has learned nothing from his previous ban. Other players have been banned recently for way less, and it baffles me that sometimes slander and malicious behavior such as this is not dealt with accordingly.

Not only is this issue that Milen has dealt with, but I have dealt with it too. In my comment, I want to be clear about a few misconceptions that have been spread on behalf of Rukio13. Milen’s problems, turmoil, and frustration from this issue have been mine as well. Never have I had someone so obsessed with my personal life or the nature of my relationship. These are the things I will be outlining:

1. Milen and I’s relationship.

2. I am NOT a victim.

 

Let me start with my first point. Milen and I have been together for a long time. The intimacies and details of my relationship have always and only ever been shared with Milen. I like to keep this part of my life private from both online people and offline people. I hardly tell my friends about my relationship, because I find that it’s none of their business. The best kind of relationship is one that is shared between two individuals, and never have I let anyone else come into a relationship that only involves those two people. I am unwillingly sharing these base-level details today for the defense of Milen and I. I have never wanted my relationship to be so public, yet I find it necessary to ease the frustration that both Milen and I share. We have only wanted privacy about our relationship, and the speculation and misinformation being spread has prompted us to provide more publicity to something that we don’t want to inherently be public. If you’re looking for the juicy details of my relationship, you will not find it here, nor will you find it in Rukio13’s nonsense. I was never friends with Rukio13 before this, nor had I hardly ever talked to her, yet somehow she pretends to know more about my relationship than my best friends, or myself. 

 

In the second point, I would like to share that I am NOT a victim. I have shared once before on LOTC that I have been groomed in the past, though the perpetrator was not Milen. My grooming experience still impacts me today, and I rarely divulge the information about my experience because I tend to get more hate than I do support. I have seen manipulation, coercion, and malicious intent. That is not something I see in Milen. Rukio13 has NEVER indulged the thought of speaking to me privately on the matter of me being a victim or not. She hasn’t talked with me nor Milen, but instead has created this false narrative that somehow she can speak on my behalf about MY relationship with Milen. I’d like to say this: You are NOT me. Your business is NOT mine, and MY business is NOT yours. Whatever false narrative you have spun in your head is wrong. I will say it once more–I am NOT a victim. 

 

The fact that I have to address and analyze the quality and privacy of my relationship to strangers who think they know more about my own relationship than I do is disturbing. I am disgusted by the information being spread about Milen, and I am disgusted that I am being made to be a victim. I do not expect an apology, because I know I would never get one, and if I did it wouldn’t be genuine. I would expect something else though, and that’s justice. Never has someone been so involved, obsessed, or intertwined in my personal life. This issue has followed me around like my own shadow, and I wish that it would see the sun and disappear.

Hi, I am FoogThe2stnd, I am sort of new to this so I am sorry if my comment isn't the best.

 

I am a somewhat newer player, it has not even been a year since I have joined the server. Recently Rukio had attacked my character (rply it made sense why they attacked me) in a sort of ambush/we found you way. I felt bad that I had taken so long between emotes as I was just trying, as a character, to survive or at the very least put up a fight. Eventually they (rukio) had begun to act very rudely towards me and my friend Roller_Ts, who was just trying to help me out of the corner Rukio kept shoving me into. All I was doing was saying was that rukio’s friend was powergaming boomsteel against me, and when I told them that, Rukio told me I was stalling and “trying to pull dumb stuff” as I was verbally assuring them I was struggling to emote. I agree the distance between was bad, but I was trying to do better. Even when I did they kept insulting me and accusing me of stalling. Even when I told my allies oocly, that there is nothing they could do rply (crp lock), Rukio taunted, insulted, and being rude overall. I tried to cooperate, and I was insulted and belittled.

Okay so. Rukio and I have talked about Talar'nor, a Roleplay Group now gone - and then she complained its lead by pedos... She also randomly added in Agentkhov (?) who was never even involved within Talar'nor. Well. At least she was right with that one.

Furthermore, she also called Sug a pedophile, but deleted the message... She however repeated that in another persons DMs (amy's) who will probably post here soon.

In addition to this ban report, Sug and I would like to add our own experience with Rukio13’s malicious grooming accusations. It has become apparent that this incident is not an isolated occurrence, instead a pattern of disgusting behaviour. 

 

In May 2023, in messages between herself and Laeonathan, Rukio13 made grooming accusations against both Milenkhov and Sug. She alleged that Sug groomed me and that I “went after him” as a minor. Despite deleting the messages, when she was confronted by myself regarding these allegations, she not only admitted to them, but proceeded to attack Laeonathan, calling him a “rat” for telling us the truth. 

 

Like Clonky, Rukio13 has also never approached me or shown once ounce of concern for me as an apparent victim of grooming. Instead, Rukio13 launches these attacks on others when it suits her, not as an attempt at justice for those of us she labels ‘victims’. 

 

I also never thought that I would ever have to defend my private relationship on this platform, but I feel that it is important that I come forward, given that I am apparently, according to Rukio13, another victim of grooming. For the record, this is not the case. I am not a victim. I will continue to keep the details of mine and Sug’s OOC relationship as private as possible on this platform as I owe no one any explanation of my private life. 

 

While grooming warrants significant concern and attention to maintain a safe environment on this server, something I wholeheartedly support, this unprecedented slander and false accusations made against Sug, Milenkhov and who knows how many others, has extremely detrimental effects, and cannot be allowed. With no evidence, no insight and no knowledge of our relationship, Rukio13 has unacceptably decided that she knows best. Players cannot be allowed to spread incorrect and inherently harmful information regarding other members of this community.

 

Rukio has, for a long time now, been an extremely problematic player on LOTC. Her OOC relationship with a member of the administrative staff (the60th), who was also previously part of the tech team, has shielded her from facing any consequences to her behaviour, despite it clearly breaching the conduct expected of members on this server.

 

Regarding Rukio’s above comment - I will add whatever I feel necessary. Our interaction is provided in the screenshots attached, you took no accountability for your ‘mistake’, only defending your accusation. This situation was not 'cleared up'. I blocked you. You and Sug are not on ‘okay terms’.

Sug and I have spoke on fine terms in recent weeks. If he isn't fine with me then that's fine but I don't have beef with either of you. Your screenshots of our DMs just show me explaining what I said above with misspeaking and where it stemmed from because you asked.

It's what led to your Azdrazi blacklist, and you've consistently not stopped using slurs since though that is irrelevant to the report, its not really something I want to be around. I'm not really interesting in talking to or about you and I've made this clear on several occasions when people have attempted to bring you up or ask me about you since the axeman comment. I pk'd my nephilim to get away from you and your buddies who were trying to pester and antagonize me in azdrazi chat and you still hard focused me every chance you could in conflict then cried about me nonstop to people. You also actively tried to break up my relationship so please, leave me alone as I have been doing about you, thank you.

 

Rukio, I would like to focus on a specific word you’ve added in regards to my situation. “Supposedly Clonky[…]” Supposedly. You decided to take this as truth and run with it just because of your disdain toward Milen. In that process, you have dragged me into a world of turmoil, upset, and frustration. Your accusations are all based on a “supposedly” instead of a reality. The lengths that you have gone on your smear campaign against Milen have been to fabricate lies and rumors and falsehoods. If you don’t like him because of Milen’s past conflicts (that are now resolved) there was no need to go around telling people that he’s a groomer, pedo, etc. 

Just because you have not said something in a bit about Milen being a pedo, or spreading misinformation to unwilling and innocent bystanders, that does not mean our conflict is resolved in the way that you’ve resolved conflict with others you’ve conducted misdeeds to. Even if you’ve left us alone recently, your actions still have consequences. Milen is not asking for an apology and neither am I, because you’re not going to give one. I don't know how you can complain about me explaining my side when you make the public report, but I don't really talk or think about you or Milen except when he and his friends try to jab at me nowadays.

No, the brunt of my frustrations is on you. Have some accountability for falsely accusing Sug and Milen of being groomers. You built the road, and Tabby just walked on it. It is more centered on you than it is Tabby, let’s not get that wrong. 
 

I am not complaining about your explaining your side, but maybe you should have thought this through thoroughly before going around baselessly claiming people are pedos before you even talk to the “victim” themselves. Don’t act like my hero or my spokesperson, because I can assure you that I am fully capable of speaking up for myself if there was a true issue. I call Laeo a rat because he knew before he DM'd you that I had acknowledged misspeaking about you and Sug. Like I told you then, it was one person (Laeo) and that you and your partner were considered a hot topic way back in the day from the people who had told me unprompted about it. Your screenshot doesn't show me spreading it, it shows me explaining in your dms why sug was on the list and immediately removed.

Would like to add my own experience. Rukio has consistently tried to get a reaction out of me in recent times, hoping to provoke me with childish jabs and blatant slander. Originally wasn't going to respond to either these jabs or this report, but was reminded by a friend of some particular things Rukio said to try and ruin my reputation.

On several occasions, Rukio has accused me, of many things, chief among which was that I somehow helped ACU groom people. This is entirely false and has no basis in reality at all. 
I was 16 at the time and married ICly to ACU before his character was killed. This was during the teamspeak era, and I did not frequent voice chats at all and in no way did I help ACU groom anyone. I was friends with ACU, yes, but I was entirely unaware of the things that were going on.  

 

None of the things you say in these screenshots are true.

 

Rukio, you are spiteful, toxic and you do not care one bit about grooming victims. You merely invoke these things to talk shit about people you have a problem with. You are willing to completely fabricate things for which you have no evidence and wilfully slander people. 

 

You know the things that I stated that brought you to say those things in the 2nd screenshot, and while they shall not be stated publicly here, I stand by them. You disgust me.
