INTRODUCTION

A bill that defines the prohibition of unwanted structures, signs or colors visible from public property

 

I. Necessary Definitions

  • Semipublic Property: Partially or fully accessible property for observation or use from public grounds

 

  • Proper Authorization: The Authorization of The Crown, the Grand Maer, or the Lord Treasurer



 

II. Additions

Ch. VIII. “Regarding Public Aesthetics and City Ordinances”

 

  • VIII.I. Let he who, without proper authorization, erects structures or installations that are deemed visually disruptive, detrimental to Capital cityscape or disruptive of public pathways be guilty of Urban Blight.

 

  • VIII.II. Let he who disregards zoning regulations or city planning ordinances be guilty of Urban Disruption.

 

  • VIII.III. Let he who utilizes any glowing inks on semipublic property without proper authorization be guilty of Aesthetic Defacement.
