To my kin; the Maehr,

Many of you have heard the tale already, on the Final Days of Nor-velyth.

Though there are footnotes - suspicions - I had omitted from my initial report for they had yet to be confirmed.
These past few days, we, the Maehr of ðαᵲαð ӄɛչψαɦ have had our confirmation.

Years ago, upon my return to this land, the Royal House of Thyone did ask of the Koyo-Kuni State permission to settle among them. Wishing to honour the mysterious woman who lived amongst them - Jenny - as the appointee of Primarch Acria in dealing with Maehr affairs, we sought out her permission on the Shugo's orders.

She rejected our request to live among the ruins of Nor’asath, for in her own words she intended to build a marvelous palace for herself alone in the crater of the meteor that had destroyed the emptied city in the decades prior. She further spoke out against any form of Maehr reunification, claiming that she was “saving the Maehr from themselves” by doing so.

This led us to Celia’nor, wherein we founded ðαᵲαð ӄɛչψαɦ amongst our high elfish cousins to offer the Maehr a sanctuary. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as soon after Koyo-kuni was besieged by the forces of Hell. I commend the heroism of the Koyo-Kuni people in repelling such in the time since.

Many in the nation of Celia’nor will be familiar with my own comparatively minor escapades against the forces of the Red Lich.

Reporting at the time to the two Diraarir Donnie and Galahad, I did infiltrate the forces of GASHADOKURO to expose the drow warlock Kyrus and the ibleesian orc Mizaru.

Both of whom were later apprehended and dealt with by the combined efforts of Celia’nor, Lurin and myself.

During this brief escapade into the heart of darkness I was wounded and cursed. I was strangled and burned by the demonologists, who cast me aside and left me for dead. Laying in a heap, I overheard their discussions; I bore witness to the Red Lich himself. Talking amongst themselves, I spied on the Ibleesians to discover:

αչ.

That JENNY, AKA ‘Primarch Laevona’ has been corrupted by a crown bestowed by GASHADOKURO, and twisted into one of his minions.

ռψt.

That JENNY was essential in overthrowing the last monarch of the Maehr - Primarch Lavaelyn - and destabilising Nor-velyth with Primarch Acria.

ɦɛӄ.

That JENNY herself called down the meteor which destroyed Nor-velyth, as well as the previous capital city of Hanseti-Ruska.

In calling forth these two meteors, Jenny had torn open a gate to Hell which the Red Lich was able to widen for his army to pass through. She has since disguised her feat as having "failed to stop" the obliteration she herself willed into being.

By playing dead I narrowly escaped with my life, and was left to ponder what I had heard. Despite our unpleasant encounter years prior, I, like many of you, had thought Jenny to be a kindly - if chaotic - spirit. A creature of immense power but ultimately not a destructive one.

I returned to Celia'nor, gifting the heads of some Ibleesians - to this day on spikes outside their city walls - to Galahad, and told those that would listen of my other findings.

I was then contacted by Jenny herself. She, having fallen for the same deceptions as Kyrus and Mizaru, mistook me for a friend through her service to the Red Lich. Fearing the power she held, I kept silent as she confirmed what I had heard in that hellish fortress... That she was GASHADOKURO's pet.

She attempted to dissuade me from reuniting the Maehr, taking it as a personal slight after she had worked so carefully to unravel our prior state. Here I finally spoke out, threatening to unmask her evil works. When presented with the sacred relic I wield -  the Eye of Velulaei, otherwise called Luara’s Whispers - she fled.

That same day myself and several other Maehr were attacked on the crossroads outside of ðαᵲαð ӄɛչψαɦ by an undead minion of Jenny, who had come to take my life on her behalf. It was defeated.

The next day an Azulyte demon came to ðαᵲαð ӄɛչψαɦ, and with the aid of many brave Maehr and the use of my relic, it too was sent scampering off in fear. Further investigation revealed this Azulyte to be an affiliate of Jenny, via GASHADOKURO.

The day after a third attack came in the form of a great ape demon, which wounded myself, as well as a number of other brave residents of our sanctuary before being slain by the brave Maehr named Agis. I now believe it too was acting on Jenny’s orders.

Finally today Jenny revisited, outraged that I had spilled her secrets to so many already. She threatened me with blackmail, that she would use my earlier deception toward the forces of GASHADOKURO to imply some sort of affiliation with the same Dark she serves.

When I refused to capitulate to her demands, and she found herself outnumbered by the many Maehr witnesses of ðαᵲαð ӄɛչψαɦ, she fled again.

Now I've no choice but to warn the world.

Do not trust Jenny. She has proven herself time and again a servant of the unchecked Dark. Though she takes the form of a dark elvish woman, she is no true drow nor Maehr, but a witch who feigns playful innocence to disarm her opponents and obscure her destructive nature.

And for a thirteenth time I invoke your accursed name. Jenny, the Destroyer. A witch to whom I offer naught but these words:

Though powerful you are, the Maehr spirit is stronger still.
You claim to save us from ourselves...

But who will save you?

Here we stand.

"She ain't gon' get us this time!"
A large maehr within Darad-Kezyah screams bloody murder as he concludes the missive, hastily preparing to patrol for another orbital bombardment from THE DESTROYER, witch Jenny.

Kato Oro stood by the Shugo's side as he awaited a chance to speak to the Princes of Reinmar. A shinobi gave him a copy of the missive posted, the bard/samurai-in-training quickly reading it. "Iie! Jenny-san no villain. She is great hero! Hero! Bakayoro! Konoyaro!" Jenny knew Oro had her back for sure.

Funnybone reads the missive, looking it over a moment before tossing it amongst other destroyed books and paper.

"I think you're just mad she beat you up for being evil.." - "Shishishishi!" He boasts with a gleeful tone.

Suddenly his jaw bone snaps out of place, Funnybone grabs it at the side and snaps it back into place with a crack.

"Jenny couldn't hurt a fly," Ilaria said matter-of-factly, though then shuddered to recall her skills with the kazoo.  Now that was something to fear.

An elf reads the missive, before tossing it onto a nearby fire. "Nani? People writing up more lies. . ." He muses, shaking his head. "Masaka. . ."

Hera squints at the page. "This is. . . comedy, right? Right?" She sighs, before pinning a letter beside the missive.

To whom it may concern,

Jenny was once under the influence of an accursed crown- of which I purged her of any and all curses long ago. As for the "recent blackmail". . . I'm pretty sure she's been on vacation.

I can check her for curses again, if you so wish. But for now, please keep my best friend's name out of your mouth, and do come up with more creative lies. I know you can be more convincing than that! Thanks!

Lots of love,

Father Nerium read the comical, clearly ironic document, holding his stomach as he reclined in his study. Laughter danced off the walls. "Jenny can't be evil!he said to himself, wiping tears out his eyes. With a 'hooh' and shaking his head, he filed the document under the Fiction section in his desk of drawers. He looked at the wall, and stood there grinning, thinking to himself.. His brows slowly began to fall, as he considered the hypothetical. What if she became evil? ... No. He shook his head. That couldn't ever happen, because she laughed a genuine and pure laugh. She was blessed by Saint Caius, so there was no worries. With a sigh of relief, he went back into the chair, reclining it completely horizontally.

“May the Marn and Helune bring us back from the rubble that Jenny and the two-faced daemons brought upon the Maehr. Divert any estrange intervention from the beyond to bring us together once more. Xyelor  GudrelShe said in a shaken voice to her brother. As silence filled between them, A loud beast-like scream roars from the skies above. Sending the Maehr towards a corner to hide as her paranoid eyes darted around “A new wake is upon us now.” @UniBearse

The Oussana sat within her clan hall, weaving together delicate strands of glistening spider silk, when the missive has passed over to her. Sitting her work aside, Ularmys silently scanned the parchment - though it became clear as her lavender gaze danced down the page that annoyance had begun to creep over her silvery features.

Her words left her swiftly and were spat with venom, "Uldrav-rath! Mukh uhv-lyhn tom elson aeth laht zy royvolzhel laht lemat my volry lug lu? Yto luhb my el velulaeya zy el laav ux az ezan mukh bylnaz sanr el morza ux yx uhv’laht yerko, zeb lo tom my ahuky ra laht yx a'kokur."

With an annoyed hiss she shook her head and tried to calm the rage that bubbled in her chest. Her attention was drawn back to her clan members as she utters a warning to them, "Tom vetlu aeth roan myrz kee ax gresunl llyr; laot obyn ux thyleer shashah lu kelst o aylyk. Vel khuv my kaltolk uhv’lye szyr, lye Oussana lo syex nyrk zeb. Lye lo gobb-urzara lu maehrel-skor, lye lo syex a'hakert b'al belom’akon me ax uldrav. Zob az ezan el Helun tom vaetakon akhurz velul zy elson lug azt zy rentu ulyth."

The woman dips her head a moment as she lifts a hand to rest upon her brow, her fingers cupped to mimic the shape of a crescent moon, "Xyelor gudrel."

Spoiler

In English for those who understand Vel'luah:

Vile witch! When will my people be free of you and the chains you attempt to bind us with? I pray to the Moon and Star that one day when someone speaks the filth that is your name, it will be to tell me you are dead.

Be wary of any who call this monster friend; trust none that ally themselves with such a beast. She wishes to condemn our kin - we Oussana will not have it. We will stand strong with the true maehr, we will not be forced into submission by this witch. May one day the mother be merciful enough to end her and free us once and for all.

Never forget.

Glorier would watch his sister dart to the corner in a vulnerable manner, he turned his head to the window to gaze upon the skies above Lurin "tom zeb gel besat my geok o magara?" He jokingly says, perhaps an attempt to cheer her up.

"What?! This is nonsense! Jenny is no villain!" The Lady Maerîl exclaimed upon reviewing the missive with her companions, pointing to certain parts of the document with disdain. "Sounds like someone is sore in the bollocks that she did not accept his peculiar offer of servitude. . ." She chuckled with a scoff.
