With my absence starting the early hours of the dawning 192nd year of the Second Age, I, Lord Raziel Amethil of Luci’lin, appoint Llora Soltée as regent of elLuci’lin Celia’sul. She is to be respected as if she were myself. Her authority shall be the same as mine unless she tries to commit arson, if she does: Stop her. Please.

 

This shall stay in effect until the summer of 193 S.A. when I return from my mission for the crown from beyond the sea; just in time for our one elven year celebration.
