Pinned to walls and Noticeboards and posted into letter boxes across Aevos where invitations from dunwen. The handwriting was neat and familiar to some recipients.

 

"To the People of Aevos

I would like to invite you to a celebration of our beautiful home's range of bizarre and wonderful flora. To celebrate growth, new beginnings and prosperity. Flower Fanatic or not there will be things for all of us to do, food and drink will be provided upon request but you are free to bring your own to share (or keep to yourself if you really wish)."

 

"There are many activities that are planned to take place, they are the following:

• Veggie growing competition: competitors will have from the time this invite goes out till the day of the event to grow the biggest veggie they can. winner will be determined by the weight and how heathy they look.
•  bouquet judging: Competitors are judged on how heathy and bright the flowers, how many different flowers are in one bouquet and how well the colours flow.
• Shogging: A Cultural sport consisting on two rivals trying to knock each other off logs with wooden shovels whilst wearing pumpkins! (winner gets bragging rights)
• Group flower planting: seeds of all kind will be given out to the participants of this activity and I will guide you on how to plant and care for the flower through its life. (you get to keep them!)
• Floral jewellery crafting: if none of the above interest you you are welcome to put together your own beaded jewellery or flower crowns for you, a loved one or a friend."
