In the winter-swept north, where the landscape is blanketed in a perpetual layer of snow and the air is frigid with an otherworldly stillness… 

 

Shadows wane, pierced and sent reeling back into the darkness..

 

Ailmere basked beneath the light of a new dawn, the land still bore scars from battles fought, but hope had begun to take root in the shadows’ place. With the armies of the Harrower sundered and layed to waste, his Zeniths slain and exiled, for the first time in what felt like an age, the frozen realm saw the promise of a brighter tomorrow—free from the grip of darkness, and warmed by the light of hard-won victory.

Obok Metaldrinks and his fellow shamans chanted around a altar in Tyrand, cleansing the mark of the harrower from yet another Ailmeran captive as the sun rose over the horizon.

A smile formed on his face as he finalised the prayers to Bregthar, the rays of the sun warming his face in the cold tundra after 8 stone months of campaigning.

Farian Malto-Gylldene had joined in rallying his brethren to the call of many missions, suffered many scars which remained upon him, gathered many stories to recount to his child, discovered new methods of use for the mana held within himself, and witnessed the purging of Lamonte's corruption through communicating from his very soul to hers. Now, this mission was over as he returned, exhausted from a realm he would not have believed had he not witnessed it with his own eyes, to a dawn in Ailmere which he had not seen in years. Yet, he knew the Harrower remained, and another day he would need to raise the same blade which once was thrust his way. For now, he would return to his research into the soul's innate mana, and how it may be used to uplift others along his path.

Amazing eventline, all the ST did a great job with this one and it was a lot of fun! Can't wait for future eventlines :)
