LO UNTO ALL THE COMMONWEALTH, AND FAR BEYOND THE REACHES OF THE RIVER PETRA!

 

In the spirit of celebration and chivalric honor, it is with great pleasure that we announce a Grand Joust, to be held in the humble Lists of Vallagne, an event of splendor and competition befitting the most dauntless of our realms.

 

In honor of the forthcoming union of Queen Adalia I and her beloved, Mister Asad of the River Courts, we invite all knights, warriors, and champions from far and wide to participate in this most glorious of contests.

The tilts shall be overseen by none other than the illustrious Lord Mayor Sorrel Tulpe Auclair and his radiant wife, Lady Chancellor Amélie Auclair. Their guidance and hospitality shall ensure a spectacle of valour, skill, and knightly prowess unmatched in the annals of our Commonwealth.

Let it be known that this joust is not merely a precursor to the royal wedding, but a celebration of our shared triumphs and the dawning of a new era under the House of the Petra. It is a call to all who would honour their names and the glory of their lands. May the brave and bold take up their lances, and may the Lists of Vallagne bear witness to feats of arms that shall be sung of for generations to come.

The joust shall commence on the appointed day, leading us into the sacred matrimony within the Abbey of St. Edmund, and culminating in a grand feast at Vallagne’s Palace. All who cherish the values of our Commonwealth are urged to attend, to feast, to drink, and to revel in the glory of our times.

 

By the grace of Lord Mayor Sorrel Tulpe Auclair and Lady Chancellor Amélie Auclair, the Lists await your arrival. Let the trumpets sound, the banners fly, and the knights ready themselves for a tournament unlike any other! The victor of the tourney will be awarded a Mina prize, as well as the title of ‘The Commonwealth’s Lance’, and other spoils befitting of the List’s Victor, as well as runners-up.

All are welcome to attend and bask in the pageantry of this royal celebration. Common folk and nobility alike shall bear witness to this historic event, uniting us all in commemoration of the marriage that joins The River to Sea.
