y the Grace of God, Edward and Cecily, Princes of Alstion, Dukes of Alba, Protectors of the Franklands. To all to whom these presents shall come, Greetings. Know ye that We, of Our especial grace, certain knowledge, and mere motion, for the better governance of Our realm, do by these presents establish and confirm the lands and titles of the County of Enswerp.

 

Be it further ordained and declared that the boundaries of the said County are henceforth defined and appointed by Our sovereign authority and princely decree.

To the North, by the Tourney Plateau; to the East, by the Canon Road; to the South, by the Elizabeth Wood; to the West, by the Leone River.

The Count shall hold governance over these lands, administering justice, collecting rents and revenues, and ensuring the protection of its people in accordance with the laws of Alba. Furthermore, it is the Count's charge to maintain the defense of the realm, providing men and arms in times of war, and to serve as Our loyal vassal and counselor in times of peace.

We grant unto the Countess, Lorelei Mairi Alstion-Enswerp @annanicole__, and her heirs all rights, privileges, and appurtenances befitting their station, including the authority to hold courts, levy taxes, and preside over disputes within the bounds of the County.

This Our princely decree is given under Our Great Seal at Morvelyn, on the 20th of Tobias' Bounty, in the Year of Our Lord 2010, and in the 10th Year of Our reign.

Lorelei Mairi, Countess of Enswerp, smiled proudly as she sat in the quiet sanctity of the church, lighting a candle for those who were no longer with her. "God, I pray that I will make my children and family proud and meet the expectations they have placed on me. I am eager to work alongside my dear cousins, Cecily and Edward. And I am confident that Lorelei Amelya will make us all proud as the heir to Enswerp." She rose to her feet and whispered a quiet prayer for the departed before proceeding to prepare for the ball.

"Long might she govern, renewed with this newfound mandate of duty." The Princess of Alstion had, moments prior, bid her cousin farewell. Lorelei had been enstated as Chamberlain to Castle Morvelyn, and the younger among them, Cecily, knew that the Countess would make both her and Edward proud.

We, Edward and Cecily, Princes of Alstion, Dukes of Alba, Protectors of the Franklands, do hereby decree the full revocation of the County of Enswerp from the House of Enswerp and the lands entrusted. 

 

For having transgressed the terms set forth within their letters patent, and forsworn the charge entrusted unto their Household, providing neither levy, nor aid, nor counsel in the hour of war, and thus failing the realm in its time of need.

 

Upon Ducal Signet, it shall be hence known;

The County of Enswerp shall henceforth be forfeit, and its lands acquiesced by the Office of the Exchequer.
