The Silver Council serves to specialise the sectors of our city, and delegate specific processes towards the scrutinous eyes of an individual deemed most capable. Under the Diarchy’s guidance, those of the Silver Council seek to constantly improve, expand and bring life to our city through policies and interactions with their designated sector.

Under the discretion of those within the Silver Council, each council member overseeing a specific sector is permitted to appoint a singular Tilruir, an assistant to their duties. Those of the Tilruir seek to alleviate burdens within their respective sector, as well as bring additional ideas, passion and energy into it.

Sectors of the City

 

In the efforts of minimising confusion and overlap of roles, it has been deemed most effective in the eyes of the Silver Council to clearly separate five core sectors that can be focused on within the Motherland. Each Sector adopts a respective Council Member. 

 

Military Affairs include the Sillumiran and training of such as well as the organisation of practice skirmishes with other military groups. Their jurisdiction gives them the authority to rally Sillumiran for emergency measures, as well as impose equipment or other armaments.

 

Economic Affairs are any endeavours of a business nature, both external trade pacts with other communities of people, or internal organisation and dealings within the Motherland such as shops or stalls. Additionally, with the move into Siraminde, the tavern now encompasses the Economic Sector.

 

Public Welfare is the umbrella of which stewardry, non-specialised activities, event organisation, and the clinic encompass. This sector of our government seeks to create a constant upwards trajectory for physical and mental health for the residents of Haelun’or.

 

The Eternal Library is the Motherland’s prized possession, this sector includes the Eternal College, which details the education of our people ranging from lectures to outward ventures, the collection and organisation of literature both contemporary and ancient, as well as the pursuit of bettering our people through the laboratories.

 

The Ilumiran is an organisation of Arcane inclined individuals who take a presence adjacent to the Eternal Library. The Ilumiran focuses on safely tackling hostile issues of a magical nature, as well as ensuring the constant survival of Arcane teachings and practices.
