Tech Update - Custom Chat Colors

Just dropping in with an update for players with Aether VIP.

You can now customize your emote color to any hex value using the following command:

/chat settings emotecolorcustom <hexcode>

 

The command will also automatically adjust your chosen color to ensure it remains readable against Minecraft's dark background. Hopefully this keeps you from getting warped out of events ;^)

Just curious, how does it determine if something is too dark/bright? Playing around with this, there have been some colors that seem like they're about on par as some default colors but then get shot into much desaturated tones. 

 

Like this is nowhere the same color.
