I explained this within the nation charter, we will start slow in development, as it is obvious that people will most likely be scouting the world and looking at the new beauties, it won't be some time untill we get our first homes built. Then when we do, these will most likely will be built upon or reconstructed.

I agree with that you are saying, only time will tells us the outcome of each settlement. However we will not ignore a settlement that is failing to grow, we wish to see all of Empyreal prosper.

I did not read anything else but the reason for starting a nation. And again, why do we need this? The reasons given are similar to Salvus. It was unique, but now there alot of towns charters aiming for "creating a neutral place where friends can retreat from".

Whats wrong with the current kingdoms? Why cant all of you live there together instead? Will all these people be here instead of Alras?

What is wrong with current kingdoms you ask? It is our choosing a leader that makes D'hara unique. Most towns and kingdoms are run as a monarchy and the "commoner has no chance to ever become a leader. I'm not exactly sure how the other towns in Empyreal will be run but what will set D'Hara apart from other towns is the system of DEMOCRACY. An election shall be held at the end of every month (8ish years in game) to elect a new leader

I think this will give D'hara a unique standpoint among other towns.

And besides what's wrong with people wanting to start their own town how they want as long as they have the support they need? Maybe we just don't want to interact with the rest of the world. This server is set up so we can play on it and still do our ownthing as long as it stays within the rules.

People can live where ever. With the new making of nations, we can decide just what ruling we wish to live under, rather than being forced to follow the laws of a certain, if you like 'race leader'

One needn't worry about all these 'neutral' places too much. Mines are contested in Asulon, and being neutral means you miss out on them. And if you're neutral you are without allies, and thus may make yourself an easy target for a lot of hungry siegers.

The future looks sunny in that sense. Abandoned, empty towns or huge cities for 5 people will be a thing of the past. Empyreal will be great! They'll have to be!
