((I shall keep to my beliefs. I'm going in the nether to even the score, and if the role play involves storming an undead keep, ill be the guy supplied for the attack.))

Guys Ive talked with one of the GM's and they said that only the heros are going in. The whole event is for the heros and the people that they choose to come. I've said this a few times and it seems that people think that I'm trolling, Im not. This is actually something that has been told to me. And also, the fact that if they just let anyone in, everything would go wrong. Having 40+ people in the nether... not a good idea.

If thats true, I have to say this but that sucks. My idea of this event is while the heroes attack so does the Undead on Aegis (spawning mobs) If it focus just on the heroes why do we leave? Kinda unfair for other players and why do some people die (cause of re-roll for 2.0) So I do not think this is a great idea if this is true.

You have to think about it in RP.

The portal to the nether will be in Laurelin, these nations have grown pretty close. After seeing two nations fall and retreat. Would they let just anyone willing? someone could recover the axe and jump in the lava, destroying it and the nations chances at ridding the blight

They would choose wisely, if you want to get in and their not allowing you.. run and jump inside when the champions enter, and hope you can evade them, the monsters & obstacles.

Dash, pearls aren't permitted and the nether is permed, blocks are useless unless you block jump or bug exploit - that counts the bucket....

Cov - who told you so?

Mylas.

I was definitely feeling really excited and such for this event and at least watching the live stream. Then I realized that for most of the event I won't even be home, despite no school.

But to stay on topic, I was just wondering, what will be going on outside the nether when the heroes go in. Will everyone else go on with their lives or will there be something to do? Will we be able to make some form of last stand against the undead as well, or possibly be making the journey to Asulon as the heroes risk their lives?

Also, what will the transition from Aegis to Asulon be like? Will it be the event, some normal RP, then on the 14th, the server goes down to switch the worlds and we're all just there, aside from a bit of RP before and after of course.

I don't expect much to be shed on this because of the need for surprise, that and in the 12+ hours it will be until the event, I feel this will go relatively unnoticed. So many questions and so little time...

Well, if we had the players log off during the event and watch the livestream their would be the least amount of lag so that the champions will have a nice, fair fight.

Don't wanna spoil this one

Breva wouldn't be running into the Nether anyways, she'll be at home.

Protecting her gold from Undead.

I figured I would do this anyways just to see all of the action.

I knew atleast one of the questions would go unanswered. I'm really curious as to how this will work now.

Oh, and thanks again Native

Well thanks for answering me, but I'm still confused.

Is the event really scripted. not a over-the-place event where people do what they choose? For example whoever gets the axe have options not like this 'I got the axe now to run away' *falls in lava.

So it's our choice if we just run with the axe or just drop it in the lava? Oh boy, this sure is exciting :DDDDDDD

Is it possible to just charge into the Nether portal and get in? And it's forced permanent death if you die?
