Town Name: Ager (A-ger) [Latin for Farm]

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

Being brought to the new world, the Kingdom of Renatus needed to gain land and expand its power over the surrounding regions. Throdo was then placed in charge of the charter of the Town of Ager. Ager being a brand new town in which the citizens will be under the same banner as Renatus. The main role of the town would act as a trading and production town. With the city's port, supplies can be brought and shipped to miles around the kingdom. The large farm located outside of Ager's walls will be a vast farm with a windmill. The grain from the farm will be sold to the capitol city of Renatus and from there to the citizens. From the woods around the town lumber will be chopped and sold to buyers all over the kingdom. Fresh meats and hides will also come from the woods. Under the city, mining will be none stop, bringing up coal, iron, and other rare metals, again selling them to the citizens of Renatus. This town will also be open to merchants who come to the nation. They will be able to reserve a stall for their visit and sell goods to increase wealth to be later sent to the nation's treasurer. There'll be a toll on the ships for transportation, which the profit will once again be sent to the capital. The main economy however, will be based off Agriculture, supplying the nation with food all around.

The town will also be the main defence of the valley located south of Arethor. If any were to attack south of the city, Ager would stand there to guard. However, Ager will have a small guard force, but a wooden wall around the town, albiet it will stop any forces in their tracks in the valley.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

The type of political system Ager will have, will be with Renatus, and the council with it. The "Mayor" or Governor will be running the town's operations. The council members will be chosen by the people, and the town will have the same laws as Renatus. Specific laws and such will be decided by the council. The Governor will run the military or the guard force in the town. Some decisions that will concern the citizens in a huge way will be decided by "Popular Sovereignty". Rule by the people. However, citizens cannot vote for something concerning the government of the town, but will vote for things such as taxes, laws, and the leader of the town. However, they can only vote for people to be governor that are in the council, and cannot vote people into the council untill a mayor has been chosen.

The Leader > The Council > Military > Merchants > Common Man

The laws are as followed:

- Theft

- Repeated harrasment

- Farms inside thy homes

- Roof climbing

- Combat/fighting within city limits

- Destruction of property

- Excessive harassment

- Harming an officer

- False titles or pretending to be a person who is an officer or noble

- Supporting an enemy of the nation

- Harboring banished or condemned people

- Harming A person of High Value

- Murder

The punishments may result in:

Punishment for Minor Crimes

- Will be fined from 100 minas to 500 minas

- Might be Jailed

Punishments for inhumane actions

- Will be Banished or executed

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

The town and its people will be friendly toward all to encourage increased trade thus more income for the town. We will accept officials from all nations and all of their people. We will help support allies of the Renatus nation, or any others that we find valuable to us. A great ally I would say.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

- I would like the town in an area by the Renatus capital. In a forest, and by an ocean or river.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc): The main races in the city will be humans, elves, and dwarfs, with maybe one or two orcy orcs. The architecture of the town is log frame with either stone brick walls or plank walls. People who buy homes cannot change their house in a major way. Meaning, they cannot add a second story, it may break the architecture. They will have to get permission, and it must fit the architecture of the rest of the town. People are free to make basements.

The Eternal Guild.. The Aeon..

Founded in 1337, the "Aeon" have been stationed at Galahar for quite some time. Aeon meaning, eternal and life. They were never officially known to the public, only to their fellow brothers. They go by a creed. Never to harm the innocent, protecting the values of life. Kind to natuure. They seek justice in ways.

First part of the Aeon. The Hunters.. (The Bow)

They are the back-bone of the guild, they are where new recruits start. Their work gains the guild money and supplies. Such as arrows. The highly experienced fighters are in this part of the guild. Also the trainees. The ranks are as same as the so called "Wolf Pack." Beginners start as "Omegas." The next are ones who have expereince and are capable of intermediate operations. Known as Theta. The highly expereinced go to the Delta area. Second in command and trained, the Delta's preform the most difficult tasks in the group. The leader is known as "Aplha." Whoever joins this part of the group can also volenteer as guards to the city.

This next group is known as the sword..

This part is the sword and sheild of the group. They protect and serve the citizens of this town and Renatus. They can also act as mercenaries and an aide to other nations. If requested by the leader of the group, they will attack other guilds, towns, and nations for the better good. People in this group are higher expereinced with swords and equipment than the hunters. In-order to get into this part of the guild, you must meet requirements, or we find you more fitting for it.

The last and most secret part of the guild is the blade..

These people are the most expereinced in all areas, swords, archery, blacksmithing, etc. There are not to be known to the public.
