I don't think it should be an app but the app should be submitted by someone other than the person trying to become a Paragon.

The King and the Archbishop should choose. Suggested should be taken into account, but they should have the final say. Is an app really needed?

That makes no sense whatsoever. Urir is dead, as is Kjell, as far as anyone is concerned. Valen was a great dwarf in every respect. Only Aeducan has anything to do with any of them. You're bringing OOC and new characters into the mix.

(geez that looks pretty good.... I have been thinking the dwarves need like a total restart... idk though ..... urir needs some lore to back his paragonness up.
