Open the .rar file and extract it to your saves folder.

Indeed it is.

You'll first need WinRar or Winzip. Available @ www.download.com

Once youve downloaded and installed the program you will be able to right click and "unzip here" the .rar file that ive linked in this thread.

This will turn the .rar file into a normal folder with the map inside.

You'll need to take this "unzipped" file and move into into your "saves" in your .minecraft folder.

As for uploading the map when your finished,

Youll need to navigate to your saves folder again,

Find the map, right click the folder and select "add to .rar"

( keep in mind these instructions vary depending on which operating system / program you use. )

Now that you have map "zipped" youll be able to upload it!

Already half-done. Taking a lunch break. The keep is coming along well, paths and houses are done, I'm just decorating and adding to the square. I also stuck about 300 pigs under the gallows ._.

I just started to do well when a creeper came and said hello, I got a golden sword thinking that I would own it but I forgot it wasn't LotC and in normal Minecraft a golden sword is as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Golden sword=wooden sword. They make good strip mining picks though.

Mine is the best, I made a statue of native that can shoot fireballs out of it's eyes.

I think you'll like it Native, I'm adding items into the extra houses, I finished the keep, I tidied it up.. I put about two gazebos infront of the keep.. I am also about to start on the noble district.

I need a bit of help, I'm not sure where native wants things like the barracks and noble homes. It says keep but there are several buildings that could be the keep, I presume he means this:
