[Rusty7x, I respect that it is exam time in the UK, but I have found an issue. Alras is hardly lively, why are you building settlements ICly when Alras has hardly enough traffic?]

[[i do not disagree with what you are doing, but obviously you haven't gone too deeply into scouting is what I'm saying. Friday and Saturday I brought people to Enismor and there were at least three other people there RPing, so to say nobody is there is an incorrect statement. As for the other towns, who gives, but Enismor is still active to a degree. Not as much as it used to be when nick was still on but still active. I don't know why nick was banned and that has put an understandable hold on RP because we were planning on stuff like an expansion but nick was the head of it all. I see where you coming from though and it is totally justified. I wish I knew what to say or how long nick was banned for but I haven't the foggiest and I can't find his ban report. If he were back then there would be people there, but without our leader how can we RP a town.]]

[i will be trying to get GMs to check chests and such, to ensure that we have no meta-gaming 'moving of supplies', especially in the ghost-towns that they are. Enismor will still remain on the list, this is a surprise attack, if your a regular citizen, you have full rights to RP in your settlements and then find a horde charging in. If I see detachments of soldiers, especially since our camp is secluded and because we fear meta, we definitely do not talk about our plans; I will be duly annoyed to high heavens...]

(( Just wanted to state, Pas'loe isn't really inactive, Its being built.

So seeing empty chests in pas'loe = Build supplies being used.

Pas'loe = Far right beside the ocean. ))

(( I request that your RP reason be changed, for Enismor. Please. ))

[No. Enismor will be surprised by an attack, try to stick with your individual nations and stop wanting to build settlements and start petty regimes intent on ruling small plots of land.]

PS: Areontrade, talk to SimonBane and give him my words we discussed.

(( Your RP reasons don't count towards Enismor. My point from before: We have the capabilities to have a population, where-as some of these other ones don't. Because there isn't someone there 24/7, doesnt mean it's inactive. Alras doesn't have someone there 24/7, yet it is active. Perhaps we let a GM or FM or whom ever reviews these to decide? ))

[You are Metagaming my stating OOC reasons to refute my IC reasoning. I see no one with my own two eyes, I could edit it to list more reasons, I will do so for ease of the GMs having to sift through complaints.]

((You're attacking five different places in one war claim?))

[Yes I am, to raze and raid, not to claim the land under a nation-state]

((Suprise attacks are annoying and not fun nor fair honestly. Enismor is under Norjun's control, and does this mean we just have to sit on the mainland and forget about the attack? Seriously, if ANYONE goes there they'll be shot down for meta. A 'suprise attack' pretty much instantly grants you the city. It's not fun or fair considering that the Subdai can go and burn down settlements without us even being able to lift a finger due to it being a 'suprise attack' even when we are a civilized Duchy and the Subudai are a horde of barbarians.. Also, the owner of Enismor is banned so destroying his land without him being able to even slightly stand up for it doesn't seem right. Can you even make a warclaim on more than settlement? My dearest apologies If I'm wrong though I thought I should state my opinion on this.))

[surprise attacks are fit for nomads, have a problem with it, I can teach history lessons. Surprise attacks are banned if the attacker is wishing to OWN the land, we are not OWNING the land, we are simply razing what is inside. You pointed out an issue yourself, your on the mainland, why are you sitting with blundering little settlements far from your mainland? I said the regular citizens, and I took screenshots of the houses and their citizen names, the regulars can be there who own homes, but if I see dispatches of tons of soldiers, that is metagaming and do not Bullsh-t me on that point. You being a civilized Duchy and us being nomads (not barbarians, read our Lore again) is no factor whatsoever, radar and wiretapping equipment was not invented within our 13th Century Technological allowances. We can make more than one settlement our attack, the precedent is our past warclaims. We are not INTENDING ON OWNING settlements for Pete's sake, stop bullshitting, which is defined by not having ANY knowledge on the matter and still talking.]

(yes, I made a stupid mistake and was banned. However, if all goes well, I will be active again in a day or so. When I was banned, apparently everyone in our town got bored and left. We will be very active soon, I assure you. Sorry for the inconvenience. )
