Actually that entire area is under Alras land, but it's very far from the Capitol in terms of RP so Alras wouldnt be aware.

((Quick note for everything I have read, I beleive that his RP reasoning is correct as everything he has seen within RP points to these settlements being abandoned. At seperate times they may have had people within them yet when he went to scout IC they were empty. Now if he were to say that alright these places have people IC even though he has not seen any then I am afraid that would be metagaming which is being avoided by sticking to the attack. (( I understand the surprise attack idea and I feel that there is no problem for the small cities from calling in allies from all over the world. I just hope that your are at least coordinating it so that they know when you are attacking so an empty village isn't being attacked by a hoard as that seems like no fun for anyone. One other thing I would like to say is if these settlements are truly active than the raze is not a be all and end all you can rebuild as they are not taking the land. With the raze on Tyr I rebuilt the homes with one other in not that long leaving chosen buildings in ruins. If you coordinate it so that you are all on at the time of attack and have an Rp battle it could be alot of fun and lush Rp.))
