Land To Help Expand An Existing Settlement!

"Greetings citizens of Asulon. My name is Omny. You may not know of me but you shall soon realize why my name might be of importance to you. I have recently been sent a letter that was given to me by a monk that informed me of my blood lineage. I have found out through this letter that I am related to a man of noble lineage, thus making me a Lord. Also with said letter I have learnt that I have been given a plot of land worth 50,000 minas. Over much thought I have come to a conclusion that using the land for myself would be rather useless and have decided that I shall use the land to expand an existing settlement. The problem with this solution to the land is I cannot decide which settlement is worthy of expansion. So, I leave this up to you people of Asulon. Leave a note attached to this stating what settlement you own and why you deserve the expansion, and lets not forget, what I will be getting out of this deal. Perhaps a mansion and some servants? It is up to you to decide what you are willing to give me to show me respect and prove the worthiness of your settlement. This note shall be left for 1 or 2 elven weeks. So, let the best settlement earn the right for expansion. If for whatever reason it is hard to decide between a settlement, the solution I have for this is a tour of the settlement. Through the tour I shall decide which of the settlements that are hard to choose between, to be the more deserving of the land.
