II. Styles and Title Usage

Certain rules follow for each rank of nobility. These rules pertain to forms of address and proper use of your title.

In the Kingdom of Renatus there are certain honorific prefixes that can be added to the front of the person's title. The current honorific prefixes that can be attained are as follows and ranked in order of importance/magnitude:
His Majesty/Her Majesty (HM) = King or Queen of the Kingdom of Renatus.
His Royal Highness/Her Royal Highness (HRH) = Prince or Princess of the Kingdom of Renatus.
His Grace/Her Grace (HG) = Duke or Duchess of the Kingdom of Renatus.
The Honorable (The Hon.) = The eldest child of any Duke/Duchess/Count is entitled to this prefix.
The Right Honorable (The Rt. Hon.) = Any member of the council. If you are also qualify for the prefix "The Honorable" then you would use that prefix instead.

Unless otherwise noted the spouse of a noble (excluding gentry) would use the equivalent of their husband/wife's title, e.g. Count/Countess, Duke/Duchess, etc. The eldest child of all nobility (excluding gentry and royalty) shall simply be known as "Lord [Name]". Younger children shall be known as "Master [Name]" or "Mistress [Name]". The children of gentry are entitled to no titles. Full styles shall be followed by the person's name. I was doing some research, and I read this old medieval book, and under gentry it said that lord regent was the royal king's advisor or something like that. I don't remember if i'm correct though. []
