Well, not ure if this is already in effect or not, but how about crafting Chainmail armor with Iron bars?

Simple really, it would create perhaps 2-3 seeds or maybe a single one? As people with lower farming tend to not get seeds as much and ruin farms when they try to farm wheat and whenever the farm storage has tons of wheat but no seeds to replant. =P
