Announcement:

*The elderly Dwarf Paragon Kjell Ireheart sits upon his golden throne, he takes in a deep breath of air before bellowing out towards the eager collection of Dwarves who await his tirade of words to guide them.*

Tuhday Ah am 'appy tuh announce tuh ye lads an' fellow kins Dwarves dat Ah Emperor an' Paragon Kjell Ire'eart, 'ave devoised a way fer our kin ta prosper loike da days ov old! Da first Golden Age dat beh! Dis new economy will allow fer da Empire tuh prosper as a w'ole, an' nae loike da ways ov da 'Umans, Elves or Filf'y Orks an' dere "shoineez". Ah call dis system da Dwarvern Procedure, W'ere ev'ry Dwarf, a beardlin' or a Elder shall benefit frum it f'rough gud ol' 'ard Dwarvish labour! Now wif out furder question 'Ere be 'ow it'll function.

Da Dwarvish Printin' Press:

Now wif da new "Dwarvish" Printin' Press, a machine fin' dat unleh we posses, we can create paper fin's an' moar wif weak labor an' wee effort! Suh Ah shall be usin' dis fin' ta create parchment notes dat can beh used ta monitor da makin' ov Dwarvish guuds an' odder fin's allowin' our kin ta exchange solid guuds fer moar currency tuh get moar solid guuds, Ah call dese wee parchments "Ires", now wif dis currency it wuld mean it wuld wurk loike dis!:

Da steps ov Progression:

Un. A young Blacksmi'f 'as come intuh our Empire, 'e wishes ta start wurkin' fer 'is kin an' 'e'll receive a few "Ires" ta begin 'is wurk, dis means dat da wee lad can now exchange dese Ires fer guuds loike Iron ta make a chestplate or a swurd.

Tuh. Da Blacksmi'f returns wif 'is chestplate tuh da kingdom, now a Offical ov Labor shall take da chestplate an' give 'im Ires in exchange fer 'is wurk wif a extra Ire added in suh da lad can progress tuh odder materials or moar chestplates!

Dree. Da Lad now 'as plenty ov Ires 'e can exchange fer solid guuds ta continue 'is craft, An' now wif da guud number ov em 'e can wurk wif Diamond! 'avin' proved 'imself wurfy ov 'ard wurk.

'Ow nae ta use Ires:

- Ye cannae trade em wif odder folk, dere benae reason tuh!

- Burn da Ires

- Exchange Ire bought guuds fer minas

'Ow will it benefit us?:

Dis be da guud part!

Wif da guuds ye lads or lassies make fer da Empire, our kinsfolk will collect dem an' travel 'round Asulon in wee caravans (Locked fast travel points). Dis party ov Dwarves will beh dree soldiers, a liason (A Dwarf dat talks tuh da odder towns or nations 'bout resources.) An' a trader w'o sells da guuds!

Da moneh made frum dese trades will be distributed in wee bits loike dis:

50 parts tuh da Empire

50 parts tuh da Dwarves

Dis means dat a wee bit ov coin or sum ingots will beh dere fer payment a "payment" if ye will! Dis beh important 'cause ev'ry Dwarf must wurk ta get a 'igher wage.

Tis gud tu see us stepin away from de ways of de udder races and see me press be put te work.

(This sounds like it will work well with the increased trade we will now have to do with all the failure rates that have been added with the newest patch.)

Dis idea be gud! But we need a way tu make shure sum unscrupulous dwarfs, or de Gods forbid, ovvers, frum makin' forgeries an' stealin' frum de kingdum an' our people. You shud get a mage er sumthin' to make a magical seal fer each wun. T'at way ye can tell de forgeries apart frum de true 'Ires'.

Mates, dese notes cannae beh copied by any un! Dey be created wif a wardin' rune meanin' nae Mage can make un loike it, an' because ov me mark an' rune writtin' on da bill un must 'ave da printin' fin' ta make it wurk! ((GM will have the book protected so no one can make copies after we have a set amount.))

An' fer Caravans mili we shuld luuk fer populated towns an' wut nae, uns dat our kin folk can get gud wif!

(( Wouldn't forgery be impossible due to your MCName being on each book? Just a thought... ))

(( A person can simply copy the book and it will still bear my name from what I believe. ))
