Having just finished with a long day of harvesting, the Elf sat in the Dwarven Tavern of Mount Ire, taking another swig from the flask of Pumpkin wine he kept on his hip. The Elf couldn't help but smile a little at all of these glorified hunting stories of life and death and the prize of the kill. For he lived it, every night on the farm, monsters came and surrounded the farm, only to try and steal the Capital crops. Having long since ran out of arrows, the Elf had had to resort to nothing but his Hoe of Iron to protect himself during the long, beast filled nights. He had scratches, bites, even gashes that he had to sew up, himself. But none of them shown, for his tunic and leather covered his whole body, if not thinly.

The Elf could talk on and on about how he had brushed with death many a time, but knew that no one would take a farmer seriously when it came to such warrior-like tales of Valor and Adventure. So, sitting back in his chair, flinching from the recently mended wound of a Pigmans blade along his chest, he stayed quiet. Knowing that as soon as he left the Tavern, he knew exactly what awaited him back at the farm, and not even a full days rest gave him any peace of mind.

((another problem with having passive mobs... and they just keep spawning... I still really think that passive mobs are a bad idea. I've never really complained about any patches yet, but this one results in lag, stops the spawning of new mobs, and makes night travel nearly impossible due to the fact that there are loads of mobs that didn't die during the day that now attack you during the night. I also don't get why people would vote this over burning mobs :/))

You are not supposed to be able to travel at night. There are supposed to be lots of mobs at night to prevent people from traveling at night.
