Dwelling Re-Distribution

A bone-white piece of parchment hangs on the noticeboard in Haelun'or. It reads the following:

Dwelling Re-allocation

Empty Houses must be Re-distributed

Many High Elves are currently without homes, and it is high time the ones that aren't being used are returned to the city for other current citizens to obtain.

If you are an active citizen living in Haelun'or, write the address at the bottom of the parchment along with your name. The address is written on the side of your home in elven. For example, "Celia oem".

Citizens who have not given me indication of their housing status will have their homes cleaned out and re-possessed. You have one elven week ((Until the 26th of June)) to comply. Otherwise your dwelling will be taken from you and your items placed into storage or added to the treasury.

Signed, Lucion Sullas.

((My apologies for only a week of warning for this. We are getting a back-log of homeless elves and it isn't fair when there are inactive players hogging the space. Inactive owners of larger homes will not be recompensated for their payment.))

Occupied houses:

-Talias'leh nuit

-Naelun esun

-Vallei oem

-Maheral's laier

-Maheral's esun

-Yuln vailu

-Yuln oem

-Yuln hael

-Yuln kulin

-Celia oem

-Seth oem

"Unfortunately, I will not be returning to my home in Haelun'or. My home has my name marked within, and I give any remaining materials to the city.

Rolen quickly reads through the note. He then takes a small piece of parchment and begins to write.

I am currently live in the large tower by the address of Talias'leh nuit. I was living in the small tower with the address Talias'leh oem, but would like to keep ownership of it, if possible, to sell to another Mali'aheral so that my purchasing of it does not go to waste.

As Arthane is on his daily walk around Haelun'or, he notices a new notice pinned to the board. After reading its contents, he pulls out a piece of his own parchment and begins to scrawl his own response.

Arthane's note reads:

"I am currently in possession of the manor known as 'Yuln Vailu.'

-Arthane Lazul."

Elivmar approaches the board, seeing a new notice has been hung. Upon reading, he fumbles in his pocket for something to write with and a small sheet of paper.

A few seconds later the following notice is pinned to the board:

"I currently make residence within the dwelling Maheral's laier.

-Elivmar"

-Suika's white gloves lightly hold the end of her parasol as she let's the silent breeze blow the strings that hang off of her parasol in a swaying motion. Upon skimming the notice board, she comes across the notice. Finishing reading, she takes out a spare quill and ink bottle in her left pouch, she writes "Maheral's hael". Talking softly to herself, she says sorrowfully, "Total aquisition... and only a week..."

--She decides to peg her own notice to the board to discuss her concearns.--

Dear Lucion,

Perhaps a storage site should be designated somewhere underground where the dear possessions and family keepsakes of the lliran most likely to return can be stored for them. Of course, it would require far too large amounts of work and time to transfer everyone's possessions; therefore, it would apply only the possessions of the Mali'Aheral that are most likely to return who have only been out (inactive) a short time. It would take slightly extra work but would be worth it in the long run. Lastly, it most likely needn't be mentioned, but heaps of dirt or cobblestone need not be carried miles to the safety of such a storage.

Regards,

Suika

--WIth a slight twirl of the parasol, Suika turns her back to the cool breeze and walks with it down the street. She opens her left pouch, takes a case for her quill pen and puts it in. Putting it away in her pouch, she continues her stroll.--

With a deft "thud" Lucion places a final scrap of paper beneath the notice, and marches off with a satisfied smile.

The deadline has come at last. The homes that are not written on this list shall have their associated belongings removed and placed into storage. If after a certain point these items are not claimed, they will be distributed at the whim of the city.
